Which data is processed

Through the contact form we collect the data you provide yourself: name and surname, e-mail address, phone number (optional), company name (optional) and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data solely to handle and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

Retention

We keep the data only as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any further cooperation, or in line with statutory retention periods. Once the purpose ceases, we delete it.

Where the data is stored

Submitted enquiries are stored in our poslovanje.online business system, which we operate ourselves. We do not sell data and do not pass it on to third parties, except where required by law.

Cookies and analytics

For visitor statistics we use Matomo configured to measure without cookies (anonymised). We track page views and link clicks to improve the website.

For live chat we use the poslovanje.online service (Odoo). When you use the chat, it may set a strictly necessary (functional) cookie that serves only the operation of the chat, not tracking. Because the website uses no tracking or advertising cookies, no consent banner is required.

Your rights

  • access to your personal data,
  • rectification of inaccurate data,
  • erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
  • restriction of and objection to processing,
  • data portability,
  • withdrawal of consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it).

To exercise your rights, write to info@naveza.com. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (ip-rs.si). This English text is a courtesy translation; the Slovenian version prevails.
